Overview of the Seeding Prompts
This guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions on how to use our two seeding prompts to integrate important content into your team's language model or knowledge base. These prompts are designed to help you efficiently seed content, ensuring that all pertinent information is captured and ready for future reference.
Part 1: Consolidate and Summarize Content
- Purpose: To generate a comprehensive summary of your content, including the original prompt, final output, and all revisions and feedback.
- Use Case: This prompt helps you structure your content in a way that captures all essential details for seeding into the language model.
Part 2: Internalize Content into the Language Model
- Purpose: To instruct the language model to internalize the provided content, ensuring it is stored in its knowledge base for future reference.
- Use Case: This prompt enables the language model to acknowledge and confirm that the content has been successfully integrated.
Instructions for Using Seeding Prompt (Part 1)
Step 1: Access the Prompts in the Notion Database
- Navigate to the Notion Database: Open your web browser and go to the Prodagent Notion Database where the seeding prompts are stored. Find the entry titled "Seeding Prompt (Part 1)".
Step 2: Copy the Seeding Prompt (Part 1)
- Click on the copy icon next to the prompt in the database field: This action copies the entire prompt text to your clipboard.
Step 3: Use Seeding Prompt (Part 1) to Generate the Summary
- Open Your Language Model Interface: Navigate to the platform where you interact with the language model (e.g., OpenAI's ChatGPT, your company's AI assistant).
- Locate the conversation you wish to move to the teams space or other LLM.
- Paste Seeding Prompt Part 1: Paste the copied text from Seeding Prompt Part 1 into the input field.
- Send the Prompt: Press Enter or click Send to execute the prompt. The language model will generate a structured summary of your content.
